Four generations of Pre British Marsala Producers is family run as well as with the Sicilian wife. The same vineyards have been managed by the family since the 19th century. Badalucco always produces according to natural ideas, keeping the vinification process as close to the tradition as possible.
The Grillo grape is harvested at three different points of the season and the Verdejo harvested with a low sugar concentration. This is followed by a fermentation period with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days, leaving the wine to age for 6-12 months.
