The Dogliani based vineyard provides a fully biodynamic surrounding for Nebbiolo to reach its potential. The grapes are handpicked, destammed and fermented in wooden vats. They are vinified in traditional Barolo style with a spontaneous maceration face that lasts ten days. The tannis are present as you would expect from a Nebbiolo variety with floral notes opening up to plum, liquorice and raspberry. On the palate; warm, tannic and powerful.
