A sparkling red wine; the light but still rustic choice. The Gutturnio is farmed organically, grapes picked by hand and fermented spontaneously in open vats resulting in eight days of maceration. It rests in the winter months before re-fermented in spring time. It spends ten months in the bottle and hits the market. A dry experience; no filtration just the purity of the juice.
