100% biodynamic, dark, deep and wonderful, this wine has been fermented in cement tanks and fined for a year in barrel and cement. Expect a touch of red currant on the edges and a core note of bright black cherry with a sliver of redcurrant and a smattering of bramble, vanilla, white pepper and oak.
