Col d’Arribat is produced on the shiste slopes of Roquebrun in the protected parkland of the North Languedoc. The grapes are picked by hand and carefully sorted before being transported to the fermentation tanks, where they remain for 12 months.
The result is a well balanced red wine with aromas of crushed red fruit, fruits of the forest and warming spices.
