Alimento di Sete is a handcrafted, natural orange wine. Local grapes that come from old vines located on clayey soil are harvested before left macerating for 5 days and furthermore spontaneously fermented in steel tanks with wild yeast.
It is a complete and elegant wine with a well-balanced acidity, complementing the flavours greatly. It is bottled unfiltered.
