San Fereolo is produced with only Dolcetto grapes, hand-picked and fermented in wooden vats. After the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is then separated from its lees and a light clarification is done before bottling.
The wine opens up and invites for a fresh and consistent experience. Broad and complex mouthfeel with notes of red fruit. Not too overwhelming tannins but enough to complement.
