Chiara Condello is a young winemaker from the Emilia-Romagna region. Her first vintage was 2015 but her inexperience could not be used against her. The Sangiovese is balanced and fruity. On the palate, a silky texture with a long fresh finish. Fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. Maceration period between 15-20 days.
