A light-medium bodied fresh red from the Burgundy region in the center of France. A region known for producing some of the best wines in France. This is a great easy-drinking option noting red berries and light spices in the tail. The colour is deep purple-red and a mineral finish.
The wine has been carbonic macerated before fermented with indigenous yeast – no filtration and with a very low amount of added sulphites.
Great with pasta and light cheese. Enjoy.
