A bone dry wine, so restrained as to appear at first as a Loire Sauvignon but then the hints appear of tropical fruit and different spices, and a biting acidity that acts as a really good palate cleanser. The bouquet showcases tropical melon, gooseberry and citrus aroma that transfer to a well-structured palate of passionfruit and herbs. The finish is refreshing and long lasting. Pairs well with Chicken, Fish, Fish terrines, Scallops, Seafood and Squid.
