Aromatically, it reveals hints of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit and pineapple. The palate follows suit with ripe tropical fruit to the fore with a lengthy finish of lemon peel and melon. The taste of the wine is fresh and elegant, with mineral undertones and a slight citrus aftertaste. Wine is served to the gifts of the sea and fish, hot appetizers, poultry and vegetable salad.

Pacifico Sur is a range of estate-grown and bottled wines made by Tutunjian Estate Vineyards, a company that was started by Edward Tutunjian, an American businessman. They own some 200 hectares of vineyards divided across the Colchagua, Curico, Maule, Maipo and San Antonio valleys.
