Nugan Estate Drovers Hut Chardonnay 75cl

Pale straw with youthful greenish hues. Lifted aromas of nectarine and peach with mixed spice and toasty notes. On the palate a rich full flavoured style of stone fruits and toast complimented by a cleansing crisp acid finish. The fruit is picked at night to preserve a beautiful crisp flavour and there is minimal wood treatment to keep the Chardonnay bright and fruity. There is stony, almost Chablis like hint of minerality on the finish, which lingers with very good tenacity and focus.
