Produced in the Classico Verdicchio area bounded by the province of Ancona in the Marche region of Italy. La Velle is made from grapes harvested only at the coldest time of day, and fermented prior to bottling in a completely Oxygen free environment. Achieved by using inert noble gases, the absence of any oxidation preserves the pure fruity flavours associated with Verdicchio wines.
