It’s a bright salmon-pink colour and has aromas of strawberries and a hint of lemon zest. The texture is fresh, lively, and clean. Its roundness and hint of acidity are perfect to accompany a picnic, salads, barbecue.

Maris is produced on the foothills of the Black Mountains near Carcassonne, where the Mediterranean Sea, France, Spain and the Pyrenees mountain range come together. Its limestone terraces facing the Aude river valley are perfectly suited for growing world class Syrah and Grenache.
