This Gewürztraminer is a product of several sites with sandy soils in the Bassa Atesina of Alto Adige. Although the sites in Termeno, Magrè, and Lake Caldaro are very hot, the individual components are strengthened with the help of a staggering grape harvest.
That gives the Gewürztraminer freshness, minerality, depth, and finesse. When possible, a portion of the grapes is harvested with noble rot.
