Produced by Selon Frederick Bruniers and Daniel Bruniers at their home, just south of the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the grapes for this lovely every day wine, are hand picked and de-stemmed before fermentation. The wine is aged for a year before being bottled. Versatile when pairing.
