The Tropicale consists of a blend of three different grape varieties. The grapes are macerated for several days, fermented and aged for 8 months in fiberglass vats. There are no added chemicals nor added sulphites; the farming is completely biodynamic.
In the name Tropicale lies a small hint of what you would expect from the wine; notes of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple.
